All orders are processed within 2-3 business days

(excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Due to the pandemic and social distancing safety precautions, there may be slight delays with the postal service.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

England, Scotland & Wales: £4.50

Northern Ireland: £4.50

Republic of Ireland: £5.50

Please allow 14 working days from the date your order is returned for your refund to be processed. Products excluded from this include Gift Vouchers.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept products that have been opened. This is due to hygiene reasons.
